bn_BD locale fix

Few weeks back I noticed surprisingly that, there are some typos in glibc's bn_BD locale, which was very annoying. You can see the bug on the Calender under bn_BD locale; জানুয়ারএ, ফেব্রুয়ারএ ... I don't know how I miss it earlier. It remained there for a long time... also in my previous patched version.

Yesterday I had some chatting RunaB and this issue came up. After that I filed an issue at bugzilla with a patch. Hope it will be merged with next glibc release. :)
